Our company was established with the commitment of becoming the most innovative, responsive & dependable partner that provides sustainable solutions for the industry of beverage. Sidel India Pvt. Ltd. is a company that was incorporated in the year 1997 and it is a 100% subsidiary of SIDEL Participation SAS, France. The company is manufacturing a complete line of equipment for meeting the packaging requirements of the beverage industry such as Stretch Blow Moulding Machines.

We have build linear machine under the brand name “SYNERGY”. Synergy machines are complementary to SBO range for low speed requirements. These machines have become a benchmark in linear machines that are designed for medium and low output requirement.

We at Sidel, realize the importance of capital investment cost, during business start-up or expansion in remote location having small output requirement without having to sacrifice the quality and reliability of the end product. We have acquired tremendous experience in field of Blow Molding Machine and this has assisted us in providing a SYNERGY range which offers highest quality output, flexibility of operation, and lowest price per bottle.

The SYNERGY Range is offered in various models that are equipped with Single Cavity to four Cavities. It is basically an entry level product for low and medium output range. SYNERGY handles packages ranging from 60 ml to 2 lt on standard models as well as special range available for dedicated 5 lt and 25 lt machine. In addition, Single cavity also offers the flexibility on wide mouth neck preforms for Jars and containers.

Infrastructure & Quality Assurance

We have a manufacturing setup since 2001 at Chakan near Pune for assembly of different range of Fully Automatic 2-stage Stretch Blow Moulding Machines for PET. It has a capacity of 100 machines per annum. This state of art plant also has the facility of design center, full fledged bottle testing facility. This enables us to manufacture top quality packaging machines that meet the packaging requirements of the beverage industry. These machines are developed as per the international quality standards and are assured to have the features of ease of maintenance, user friendly PCC, fast startup, preferential & hot-fill heating, and many others. To sustain the high quality of our products, we have hired a team of quality experts who conduct various inspections and tests (component testing) on the finished machinery.
